In case of a breach, we will notify you via email or, if requested, by Indian Postal Service (email requests to Privacy-Notice@Hospify.in). We retain data as per our internal policies to meet legal or operational needs.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data without parental consent. If detected, we delete such data after informing the child or parent. Users aged 13 to majority require parental consent. Contact us at Privacy@Hospify.in if you suspect unauthorized data collection.

Non-Personal Data Usage

De-identified or aggregated data (not Personal Data or PHI) may be used to enhance user experience and improve our Services, as permitted by law.

Controlling Your Personal Data

Registered users can update or delete accounts via privacy settings or by emailing Privacy@Hospify.in. Under the CCPA, you can request data deletion, subject to exceptions. Submit Valid Requests via the privacy settings page or call (855) 962-3621. We respond within 45 days without discrimination.

Hospify does not sell data but shares it with marketing partners, which may be considered a “sale” under CCPA. Opt-out at privacy settings. We do not sell data of minors under 16 without authorization.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy and will notify you via email or our website homepage. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated policy.
